This month has been kind to me in so many ways. Humbling work opportunities, heart and mind at peace, cooking experiments that turned out pretty alright, close friendships, apartment feeling comfortable and cosy. It’s like having a good feeling in the air, if you know what I mean. I’m looking forward to a busy Saturday with lots of chores and a relaxing Sunday with lots of chill, at-home action. Hoping to start a new show tonight and an attempt at karelay (cooking them for the first time in my life tonight, send good vibes please). Hope everyone has a good time.

Some macrame experimenting this weekend. I picked up this kit from Spotlight and can’t wait to get started.

Am all ready with my weekend list. I enjoy putting light, comforting stuff into these lists; so the weekend is equal parts chores and equal parts (uncool) partying.

My new diffuser gift from a friend hanging out all comfortable on my desk. The scent is Coconut & Lime and it’s from Palm Beach (one of my favorites).

Fresh smells all over our couch and cushions for the weekend. Also, a gift from Shehla when she was over last month (back to back gift mentions are making me realise I need to keep these friends).

New plant in the house. This is a Philodendron Roystonii and the nursery guy promised me that it’s a super, super, super hardy plant and I was like just give it to me please. Can’t wait to see if we’re going to get along with each other (By the way, it’s from an amazing wholesale nursery in Elanora Heights, Sydney, details are in my plant highlight if you’d like to see)

Restocked some regular supplies from Sephora this week and just feeling so excited. Always too fun to break into something new even if you’ve used it a hundred times before.
